Processing Time
Every item is made to order. Custom lithophane night lights are made and shipped within 4 business days. Other orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Some personalized items may take a little longer depending on the order.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after your order ships. Expedited options and their delivery times are shown at checkout.
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or because of weather or holidays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size and shipping method. Standard shipping is free on US orders of $45.00 or more.

Where We Ship
We ship to the United States and Puerto Rico only. Orders ship from Melbourne, Florida.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have any issue with tracking, contact us and we will help.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing the order, contact us right away.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
