Can I add my pet's photo to the stone? Right now we engrave names and dates only. For a photo keepsake, see our slate portrait coaster or custom photo night light.
How long until my stone ships? Stones are made to order. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. If you need it by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we'll see what's possible.
Will the slate hold up outdoors? Yes. Natural slate is weather-resistant and built for outdoor display. A wipe with a damp cloth is all the care it needs.
Is a stand included? No — the stone ships on its own so you can place it however suits your space (in a garden, on a shelf, beside a window, or wherever feels right).
Can I change the engraving after I order? We can adjust within one hour of purchase. After that, the stone enters production and changes aren't possible — please double-check spelling at checkout.
